‘They left it out intentionally’: Rolling Stone makes Republican candidate look like Hitler-wannabe, gets hammered by readers for serious deception

‘Literally wants their audience to think he’s a Nazi, and if Elon Musk hadn’t bought Twitter so we can correct their nonsense, that would have been the official narrative’

Rolling Stone reported that a Republican candidate for Congress was “happily boasting about having a copy of Adolf Hitler’s ‘Mein Kampf.'”

And it quickly got fixed by readers online who pointed out that the report neglected to mention that the candidate, Brandon Herrera, known also as The AK Guy, was making fun of it.

And making fun of Hitler.

“Have you actually read this book? It’s dog s—” he explained as others on the talk show were laughing uproariously. “It sucks.”
