The TDS-obsessed miscreants formerly known as the ‘resistance’ are trying to ‘keep hope alive’ that they’ll be able to get Donald Trump criminally indicted, after dozens of failed attempts have ended only in futility. Trump, who makes the roadrunner of Warner Brothers fame look like an amateur, has escaped every Acme-hatched plot to bag the former president, but has thus far eluded them.
The radical press are feeding their readers catnip that they’ll be able to get Trump ‘this time.’ The walls are closing in. This is the big one. Trump is finished. This time it’s for real. Trust us.
On Friday, the New York Daily News not only teased its readers, but gave them sufficient cause to question the merits of the case.
“Donald Trump’s name could appear on a criminal indictment as soon as next week,” the Daily News said. “The Manhattan District Attorney’s office has informed former president Trump’s lawyers that they are weighing a criminal indictment against the Trump Organization related to untaxed perks paid to the company’s chief financial officer, Allen Weisselberg, and other top executives.”
Trump’s attorney Ron Fischetti told the Daily News “he met with prosecutors from DA Cy Vance’s office virtually Thursday and that an indictment against the Trump Organization appears imminent.”
“The DA listened to us, but obviously we didn’t persuade them,” Fischetti said. “They’re doing this just to hurt Donald Trump himself. There are no charges against him at all in this.”
Fischetti told the Daily News that the Trump Organization “will plead not guilty to the charges and file a motion to dismiss the indictment.”
“In my more than 50 years of practice, never before have I seen the district attorney’s office target a company over employee compensation or fringe benefits,” Fischetti said. “The IRS would not, and has not, brought a case like this. Even the financial institutions responsible for causing the 2008 financial crises, the worst financial crisis since the great depression, were not prosecuted.”

The news nonetheless comes from a state that has already proven itself to be corrupt beyond hope. New York on Friday suspended former Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani’s law license over political disagreements revolving around the 2020 election.
In a Newsmax interview on Thursday night, the former New York City mayor got emotional about the vindictive legal maneuver.
“All I can tell you is America is not America any longer. We do not live in a free state,” Giuliani said. “We live in a state that’s controlled by the Democratic Party, by [New York Gov. Andrew] Cuomo, [New York City Mayor Bill] de Blasio, and the Democrats.”
Rudy also blasted the political retribution as a “double standard.”
“There’s no doubt if I was representing Hillary Clinton, I’d be their hero,” he said. “I represented my client so effectively that they’re trying to get me to shut up, because they know what’s going to happen. They know what’s going to happen in Arizona, and they know what’s going to happen in Georgia. They want this mouth shut.”
Donald Trump reacted on Thursday to the news that former Trump team attorney Rudy Giuliani was suspended in an obvious act of political retaliation for his claims of 2020 election fraud.
“Can you believe that New York wants to strip Rudy Giuliani, a great American Patriot, of his law license because he has been fighting what has already been proven to be a Fraudulent Election?” Trump said. “The greatest Mayor in the history New York City, the Eliot Ness of his generation, one of the greatest crime fighters our Country has ever known, and this is what the Radical Left does to him.”
“All of New York is out of control,” he continued, “crime is at an all-time high–it’s nothing but a Witch Hunt, and they should be ashamed of themselves.”
“TAKE BACK AMERICA!” he added.
What has made America the best nation in the world throughout its history was its belief in the rule of law. If the Democratic Party and its minions destroy that, the U.S. will ceased to be ‘America.’
