In a political minute ago, Democrat Katie Porter, former University of California bankruptcy/consumer law professor, U.S House Representative, and Elizabeth Warren protégé, was the frontrunner to replace California Gov. Gavin Newsom (thankfully, he is termed out in 2026), but the hard-core bullying leftist’s chances took a serious hit when damaging videos were released this week showing her abusing a reporter for asking simple questions and, in another clip, cursing like a sailor at a lowly staffer who dared to “step into her shot.”
Nice.
Unfortunately, the Golden State is not faced with a plethora of suitable options, although Republican Steve Hilton is running a strong race and the tough-talking Sheriff of Riverside County, Chad Bianco, is in the mix, but we all know that a GOP win is a tough hill to climb, given the state’s far-left electorate. Who votes in Gavin Newsom—twice? Shaking my head…
