Trucker protest may warrant military intervention, Ottawa police chief says

Police in Ottawa said the military might be needed to help disband anti-vaccination protests that have caused a snarl in Canada‘s capital for days.

Ottawa Police Chief Peter Sloly said at a briefing Wednesday that the demonstration was no longer a “policing” matter because people from all over the country came to the nation’s capital, elevating the protest to a “national issue.”

    Well they certainly got their wires crossed.. oh my it@s backwards reporting.. every province has their home convoy as well as the federal convoy. Highways were lined with people, our flag is flying everywhere, more turnout than voters. My goodness the country is united. The truckers are playing hockey east vs west.. cleaning up after themselves, shoveling Ottawa snowy sidewalks. Chatting with police..
