Trump admin set for showdown with overstepping judge who gave a deadline and more demands

President Donald Trump’s administration was given a time limit to provide information relating to deportation flights that returned illegal immigrants back to Venezuela.

As BizPac Review previously reported, the dust-up began when the White House was accused of defying U.S. District Judge James Boasberg’s order to turn around any flights containing migrants. The judge paused Trump’s use of the Alien Enemies Act to swiftly return any immigrant suspected of having ties to the bloodthirsty Tren de Aragua gang, and the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) claims the White House violated that order by allowing planes to land in Venezuela after the turn-around order was issued. The organization demanded the court compel the administration to provide paperwork on the flights and it appears they have gotten their wish.

The Trump administration was given until noon on Tuesday to provide the requested details after Boasberg grilled Justice Department attorney Abhishek Kambli on Monday…
