Slay News President Donald Trump said Iranian regime leaders have “agreed they’ll never have a nuclear weapon,” signaling a potential breakthrough as negotiations between Washington and Tehran continue.
Speaking to reporters in the Oval Office, Trump said Iran is now “talking sense” as discussions move forward.
Trump Signals Progress in Negotiations
Trump indicated that high-level talks are already underway, involving key members of his administration.
“We’re in negotiations right now,” Trump said.
“They’re doing it along with Marco, JD.”
He added that Iran is highly motivated to reach an agreement.
“The other side, I can tell you, they’d like to make a deal.
“Who wouldn’t if you were them?
“Their navy’s gone, their air force is gone, their communications… all of their anti-aircraft, their missiles.
“Can you name a single thing that’s not gone?
“Or one thing that’s doing well?”
