It feels good to be winning again, doesn’t it? For years, Americans were told to accept decline as the new normal. We were told that other nations would eat our lunch and that our best days were behind us. But a funny thing happens when leaders actually put America first.
That old sense of American confidence is roaring back. It’s a feeling built on common sense, strength, and keeping promises. When a leader says they will do something and then actually does it, it sends a powerful message to friends and foes alike. Our rivals are starting to get that message loud and clear.
And on Thursday, President Trump delivered yet another one of those wins. After months of a tense standoff, he announced a major breakthrough with our biggest rival.

President Donald Trump said on Thursday that the US signed a trade deal with China and that a deal with India may also be in the works.
