President Donald Trump has publicly admitted that former Democrat presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard is a rising candidate to be his vice-presidential pick for 2024.
Trump confirmed that Gabbard is on his VP short list during a recent interview with Laura Ingraham of Fox News, which can be seen here:

Long-time Trump confidant Roger Stone believes that Gabbard primarily due to her anti-war beliefs is worthy of consideration as VP because she could keep neoconservative influence out of Trump’s second presidential administration.
“She has been a major critic of the neocons and the Uni-party war machine. Personally, I think she is among those who should be considered a vice presidential candidate,” Stone said during an episode of his “Stone-zone” video podcast.
