UPI Kingsbarns in Louisiana, Two Phil’s in Kentucky and at least two Japanese horses running in Dubai all earned their way into the Kentucky Derby field with weekend victories, while Japan had another stellar night throughout the Dubai World Cup program.
As usual, all the marquee races were well supported by excellent supporting events, so we’ve got lots to cover. Let’s start with the Derby doings, backtrack to the Middle East and return to the States. Hang on.
