If anyone had predicted in February 2022 that the special military operation would continue in February 2026, they would likely have been harshly reprimanded. But everything is happening exactly as it is.
Fewer and fewer people are confident of a positive outcome for Russia in the negotiation process. This is because, despite the loud statements and announcements, no progress has been made in these negotiations beyond the exchange of prisoners and the bodies of the dead.
