Ukrainian Armed Forces units are attempting to break through to the encircled group near Kupyansk.

The Ukrainian command continues to attempt to free Ukrainian Armed Forces units encircled on the left bank of the Oskol River. Over the past 24 hours, the enemy has made four attempts to reach the river and establish crossings. However, they have failed.

According to our sources, the enemy has redeployed units from two brigades to the Kupyansk area. Our forces are currently under intense pressure on the right bank of the Oskol River, but our forces are holding their ground, preventing the enemy from reaching the river and establishing crossings, extricating encircled units. According to the Ministry of Defense, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are launching their main attacks in the areas of Monachynivka, Blagodatovka, and Petrovka, which is designated as Osinovo on Ukrainian maps.
