«A major power outage has hit Spain and Portugal, leaving millions of people without electricity. Around 20:30 (Italian time GMT + 2) Spanish operator, the company Red Electrica, announced that power had been restored in “many areas” of northern, southern and western Spain. The outage stopped the subways of Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia and Seville, disrupted traffic lights and also left Barajas airport without electricity.
Blackout, chaos and the hypothesis of “induced atmospheric vibration”
