American strategic UAV RQ-4B Global Hawk with the call sign FORTE 12 recently operated near the Leningrad and Pskov regions.

According to Flightradar, the UAV, which belongs to the US Air Force, was circling over Estonian territory. Its trajectory was along the Russian border for about 151 kilometers, covering areas located just a few dozen kilometers from the Leningrad and Pskov regions.
