All the officers on the scene stood around with their thumbs up their ass, waiting for their boss to tell them what to do.
Meanwhile, they could hear the gunshots – and the screams of the children – right on the other side of the wall.
Merely a few feet away from multiple officers, with full ballistic armor, and ballistic shields, and enough firepower to subdue a dozen armed terrorists.
But did anyone do anything? No. Why? Because nobody told them what to do next. I have no more words…
