U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris claims the United States needs to “reduce [the] population,” among other things, in order to have a fighting chance in the battle against climate change.
Harris made these statements earlier today at a “Investing in America” forum in Baltimore, Maryland, where the VP was a keynote speaker.
