WATCH: Gunwoman Shoots Baby in Front of His Parents; Both Parents Fled the Scene Leaving the Baby Behind

The Philadelphia Police Department released a video today showing a shocking incident that took place just before 6 p.m. on Thursday, asking for the public’s help in helping identify the perp.

The footage begins with a baby boy being pushed in a stroller by his parents along Meridian Street in Holmesburg, Philadelphia.

Suddenly, an unidentified woman approaches and opens fire on the couple, with one of the bullets hitting the baby in the leg.
