Congressional Democrats have had a rather hostile relationship with Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., and one example of this was put on full display during a hearing on censorship.
Non-voting delegate from the Virgin Islands Congresswoman Stacey Plaskett questioned whether RFK Jr. was going to be given ten minutes to speak, noting that generally witnesses were only allotted five. Representative Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, swiftly shut down the line of questioning.
“Excuse me, point of order. I know that witnesses usually have five minutes. I see 10 minutes on the board. Is it going to be 10 minutes?” Plaskett asked.
