A reporter asked Ted Cruz to put on a mask today in order to make him feel better, but Ted Cruz said nope:
REPORTER: “Would you mind putting on a mask for us?”
CRUZ: “Yeah, when I’m talking to the TV camera, I’m not going to wear a mask. All of us have been immunized.”
REPORTER: “It’d make us feel better.”

CRUZ: “You’re welcome to step away if you’d like. The whole point of a vaccine – CDC guidance is what we’re following.”
Even after Cruz explained that they’d all been immunized, the reporter still insisted saying it would make him feel better. This just goes to show that the mask mania that we live in, at least for some people, is exactly what Rand Paul said it was for Fauci. Theater.
And by the way, I loved how at the end Cruz said he was following the CDC guidelines. Which is to say, he’s following the science – why isn’t the reporter?
