WHO Committee Meets To Push Vaccine Passports and More

The International Health Regulations Review Committee (IHRRC) of the World Health Organization (WHO) is meeting this week to finalize the proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR) that would hand ultimate control of America’s health care and national sovereignty over to the World Health Organization’s (WHO) governing legislative body, the World Health Assembly (WHA). Apparently, the meetings regarding implementing worldwide vaccine passports are not open to public comment as “participation in this event is moderated” and “registration will have to be approved.”

The 76th World Health Assembly is scheduled to occur in May 2023. In order for the proposed amendments to be considered during the WHA, they must be submitted to the WHO at least four months in advance. The IHRRC plans to submit these proposed amendments to the WHO by January 15, 2023. The proposed amendments, which would expand the scope of the IHR to control public health globally, could be adopted by a simple majority of the 194 member nations.

The 46-page proposed amendments include actions such as:

Article 1 – Change the WHO from an advisory organization that makes recommendations to a governing body whose proclamations would be legally binding.

Article 3 – Seek to remove “respect for dignity, human rights and fundamental freedoms of people.”

Article 13A – Give the Director General of the WHO control over the means of production through an “allocation plan for health products” to require developed states parties to supply pandemic response products as directed.

Article 18 – Give the WHO the authority to require medical examinations, proof of prophylaxis, proof of vaccine and to implement contact tracing, quarantine and treatment.

Articles 18, 23, 24, 27, 28, 31, 35, 36 and 44 and Annexes 6, 7 and 8 – Institute a system of digital or paper global health vaccine passports.

Article 44A – Redirect unspecified billions of dollars to the Pharmaceutical Hospital Emergency Industrial Complex without accountability.

Article 45 – Allow the disclosure of personal health data.

Annex 1 – Expand the WHO’s capacity to censor what they consider to be misinformation and disinformation.

Annex 10 – Create an obligation to build, provide and maintain IHR infrastructure at points of entry.
