Why is DHS/CBP releasing illegals already declared excludable and removable by an Immigration Judge?

Happening NOW: in both San Diego and Tucson Sectors, Agents are being ordered to release illegal Aliens who have re-entered after a previous removal/deportation. They have already been declared by an Immigration Judge to be removable and deportable? Why are they now eligible for âasylumâ hearings?
It seems for the Biden Administration, there is no such thing as a âcriminal Alien, and no number of illegals pouring into our country both legally and illegally is enough. They want as many as they can get into the country, even if they have to fly them in themselves…
