Earlier this week, New York Judge Juan Merchan waved off a recusal request for the third time in Trump’s “hush money” case.
And it turns out Merchan’s daughter’s platform raked in tens of millions thanks to her dad’s case against Trump.
So, you know, nothing shady about that at all.
Meanwhile Andrew McCarthy, former Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, made a curious prediction on Wednesday.
He’s saying that Judge Merchan might just toss Trump in jail on his September 18th court date.
Oh, and for those keeping track, that’s conveniently two days after early voting kicks off in Pennsylvania.
