WINNING: Judge Strikes Down CBS, Hands President Trump Big Win In $20B Lawsuit

A U.S. District judge has delivered President Trump a big win, clearing the path for his multi-billion-dollar lawsuit against CBS News.

CBS and their parent company Paramount had filed a ‘motion to dismiss’ President Trump’s lawsuit.

However, U.S. District Judge Matthew J. Kacsmaryk has just struck down the motion as “moot” due to President Trump’s legal team expanding the lawsuit.

Recently, President Trump upped the ante, increasing the amount of the lawsuit from $10B to a whopping $20B, as well as adding Paramount as a co-defendant and Rep. Ronny Jackson as a co-plaintiff.

CBS and Paramount now have 21 days to file a new motion with the amended details.
