Witness testifies man shot by Kyle Rittenhouse had a loaded gun

A witness of the Kyle Rittenhouse shooting in attendance at the hearing gave testimony at the trial today, revealing that one of the people chasing after Rittenhouse, who was 17 at the time, had his own firearm ready to go.

It’s the end of the first week of the Rittenhouse trial as a courtroom decides whether or not he acted in self-defense that evening, amidst other claims about public safety and firearms possession.

After Rittenhouse had killed both Haber and Rosenbaum, and injured Gaige Grosskreutz, Jason Lackowski was one of the people who helped tend to Gaige’s injuries by applying a tourniquet. He further testified that there were bullets in Grosskreutz’s handgun when he emptied the chamber…
