Headline USA An 80-year-old woman has been banned from a YMCA facility in Port Townsend, Washington, for objecting to the presence of a transgender “female” in the women’s showers, according to a report from the Mountain View Free Press.
Julie Jaman was showering in the bathroom at the Mountain View Pool—a City of Port Townsend facility operated by the YMCA—when she noticed a male wearing a women’s swimsuit in the bathroom watching young girls change into their swimsuits.
“There were gaps in the curtain and there I was, naked, with soap and water on me, and this guy, right there very close to me,” Jaman told the MVFP. “I asked, ‘Do you have a penis?’ He said, ‘That’s none of your business.’”
“That’s when I told him, ‘Get out of here, right now,’” Jaman continued.
