The United States will not be able to support Ukraine “for as long as it needs to” because Kyiv is running out of manpower, The Washington Post reports.
Ukraine does not have enough human resources to continue the confrontation with Russia. The exhausted Ukrainian army suffers very large losses from the Russians drones, this war is not like the others. Thus, the White House’s statements that the US will support Kyiv for as long as it takes no longer correspond to the realities of the conflict. Ukraine is not capable of waging a war of attrition with Russia; it simply does not have the people to do so.
