X, formerly known as Twitter, has revealed that they will begin to integrate biometric logins to verify the identity of users, as the platform intends to further crackdown on what is allowed, along with other features that reduce privacy for users.

Last week researcher leaked that X is looking to implement a facial recognition login feature that requires the user to provide a selfie to prove that they are the correct user, along with a driver’s license or government-issued ID.
