Joe Biden is looking and sounding worse every day that goes by.
Biden was visited by Israeli President Isaac Herzog at the White House on Tuesday.
I’d explain what the two discussed, but I’m not sure the best translator in the world could decipher what Joe Biden said to Herzog.
The 80-year-old Biden appeared like he was falling asleep mid-sentence, as what started as light mumbling turned into complete gibberish.
He started out by saying something about bringing Israelis and Palestinians together, and then trailed off into incoherent nonsense.
