The US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) has contracted an artificial intelligence firm to detect “real time” disinformation threats on social media.
“Accrete AI, a leading dual-use enterprise AI company, deployed its AI software for open-source threat detection, Argus, with the U.S. Department of Defense in 2022,” the New York-based firm said in a press release.
