Baltimore (hacking?) disaster & Taiwan (artificial?) earthquake

Are they just coincidences? Or better they are general tests of hybrid warfare?

Before the reader can read my assumptions that are always under the banner of political realism according to the logic of which prodest I must declare my faith.

I believe, I firmly believe that in a so-called Western contemporay ‘liberal democracy’ exist so narrow limits to the possibility of spreading a political truth that can possibly destabilize the social order to the point that substantially empty the meaning of freedom of information.

I am aware that I am perhaps scandalizing someone, and I am sorry for it, but I believe that from this point of view towards the ultimate truth of the main political events there are no great differences between a fascist and/or totalitarian society and the international alliances joint system of so-called ‘democracies’.
