Europe, which has already been getting pummeled with sky high energy prices due to restrictions levied against Russia, and the destruction of the Nord Stream pipeline, and is set to get whacked some more.
Last week the Biden White House announced a new pause on liquified natural gas (LNG) exports, touting this as yet another step towards fighting climate change.
The White House made the formal announcement on January 26th. The Biden administration stated:
