Breaking: Border Protection Busted More Than $1 Million In Meth At Southern Border

Why does the US need to put more time and money into securing US borders? Well, aside from the obvious threat of a terrorist attack it’s this:

The Texas Border Protection officers intercepted more than $1M in meth and prevented it from being smuggled across the US-Mexico border. The bust happened at Hidalgo International Bridge in Hidalgo, Texas, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) said in a statement.

According to reports officers stopped a man in a white Jeep SUV as he tried to enter the United States from Mexico. Using a K9 unite and non-invasive imagine they were able to identify ‘suspicious’ cargo.
