BREAKING: Supreme Court Hears Case Challenging 2020 Election Procedure – Claims 388 Lawmakers Violated Their Oath, And Asks For Their Removal From Office, Kamala Harris & Mike Pence Are Both Named As Defendants

A bombshell case challenging procedure on the 2020 election has made its way through the court system and is set to be heard by the Supreme Court on January 6. Exactly two years after the January 6 protests, which drew Americans from around the country who were concerned about the legitimacy of the elections, the Supreme Court will look at one aspect of January 2020.

The Brunson brother’s suit names 388 lawmakers in their court filing, claiming these legislators took an oath to support and defend the U.S. Constitution “against all enemies, foreign and domestic,” and failed to uphold it.
Republican presidential candidate and former Arkansas governor Mike Huckabee has drawn attention to Brunson v. Adams, the case set to be heard this week. Huckabee said,
“The Supreme Court has agreed to a hearing for a case that could conceivably — PLEASE consider this the longest of long shots — overturn the election of 2020, throw out all the legislators who voted to certify the results and leave them ineligible to run for office ever again, even for town dogcatcher,” he clarified.
The Brunsons are four brothers from Utah who have traveled the country playing music together; all 4 play the trumpet. They also spent an enormous amount of time studying the legality of what took place during the 2020 elections and taught themselves how to write up the necessary legal documents.
