Former President Donald Trump received a loud pop from the crowd when he made a surprise appearance at UFC 299 in Miami. Midway through the main card, loud “f**k Joe Biden” chants could be heard through the broadcast, drawing laughs from Trump and UFC President Dana White.
Trump made his way into the arena just before the second fight on the main card after traveling from a packed rally in Georgia. Flanked by Dana White and his daughter, Ivanka, the former president was greeted with the loudest crowd reaction of the night, beating out several UFC, NFL and movie stars.
Trump received another loud reaction from the crowd when he was shown on the scoreboard before the main event between Sean O’Malley and Marlon Vera. Future UFC Hall of Fame member Dustin Poirier also went over to chat with the former president after securing an epic comeback win in the co-main event.
