Disturbing Video Evidence Shows 7 Texas Men Sexually Abusing 2 Toddlers, 1 Arrested

A Texas man is now in federal custody after police linked him to video evidence from the dark web where he and six other men were filmed sexually assaulting two toddlers.

According to authorities, 29-year-old Arthur Hector Fernandez was arrested on December 28^th in Texas in connection to a criminal complaint filed in federal court in Houston on December 14^th.

HOW IS THIS NOT EVERYWHERE???

7 men gang r-ped 2 toddler boys (2 and 3 years old) in Galleria Mall in Houston.

They then uploaded the videos online.

But get this: THE FBI ONLY MADE ONE ARREST SO FAR. SIX ARE STILL FREE.
