According to reports, Special Counsel Jack Smith may indict Donald Trump as early as Tuesday in the January 6th witch hunt.
âA potential indictment of former President Trump in the special counselâs Jan. 6 investigation could come as early as Tuesday of this week,â CBS News stated.
âIf thereâs going to be an indictment here in Washington D.C. on the special counselâs January 6th investigation, it could come as early as tomorrow,â said CBS News Congressional Correspondent Scott MacFarlane.
