The family of the St. Louis 15-year-old who slammed Kaylee Gain’s head into the pavement, fracturing her skull, is claiming she is the real victim here and that she was only defending herself.
The attacker who put Gain in the hospital contends she was “harassed and bullied” before the video of her assaulting the girl went viral. Her family is attempting to raise $150,000 for her legal defense, according to the Daily Mail.
The video of that assault is hard to watch and is extremely violent.
“Kaylee, 16, from St Louis, Missouri has been left in a life-threatening condition by the student who repeatedly smashed her head into concrete,” the Daily Mail reported. “She suffered a skull fracture and frontal lobe damage during the violent March 8 brawl which was caught on camera near her high school.”
