Fired FBI official Andrew McCabe to headline Democratic fundraiser in Pennsylvania

By Jon Dougherty

(NationalSentinel) Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, who was fired by President Trump’s first attorney general, Jeff Sessions, for lying to investigators, will be headlining a Democrat Party fundraiser in the swing state of Pennsylvania later this month.

According to the Pennsylvania Democratic Party’s website, McCabe will be featured as the keynote speaker at a fundraising banquet for the Lancaster County Democratic Committee.

Tickets for the event, which can be purchased through liberal fundraising organization ActBlue, range from $80 to $160. The more expensive “Speaker’s Circle” tickets will come with access to a private reception that McCabe will host as well as a photograph with him.

The venue says McCabe is scheduled to speak for about 45 minutes, then take questions from the audience for an additional 15 minutes.

Guests will also be given the option to purchase signed copies of McCabe’s book at the event for $32.50, the Washington Free Beacon reported.

According to event organizers, McCabe said he’ll talk about his “one-on-one interactions with Donald Trump” and will also cover the “fallout and aftermath” of former FBI director James Comey’s firing, “Russian meddling in the 2016 election,” and special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation.
