Rather than fight and forbid artificial intelligence use in the classroom, one Georgia school district is now embracing AI learning across a broad spectrum of subjects to start the new schoolyear.
CBS News investigated this firsthand by observing and asking what the students across various age groups were learning and what they thought of it, at a school district in Gwinnett County, Georgia. AI integration was being taught to students as early as Kindergarten. CBS claims that the AI is âwinning over students, parents, and teachers.â
At Patrick Elementary School in the town of Buford, CBSâ Christiana Ruffini interacted with Kindergarten students learning how to write computer code, and program LEGOs with integrated motors and sensors with the help of AI.
