Some of the world’s leading medical experts and scientists, along with prominent health freedom advocates, whistleblowers, lawyers and elected officials are in Washington, D.C., today for the fifth International Crisis Summit (ICS-5) — where delegates will “unite and discuss their experiences with COVID-19.”
Previously known as the International COVID Summit, this year’s ICS is organized in conjunction with the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC). The two events are being held in parallel, with ICS-5 taking place as a breakout event at CPAC.
Many ICS-5 conference delegates also will speak on Feb. 26 at a roundtable discussion — “Federal Health Agencies and the COVID Cartel: What Are They Hiding?” — in Washington, D.C., organized by Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.).
The event will focus on censorship by public health agencies, Big Pharma and the media during the COVID-19 pandemic. Brian Hooker, Ph.D., senior director of science and research at Children’s Health Defense (CHD), will participate in the roundtable.
According to the ICS, the event provides “an uncensored and safe haven” for participants “to gather, share, discuss and analyze their findings in order to find safe and effective treatments for COVID-19” and also to discuss “other topics in an effort to shed light on the facts that mainstream media hides and social media censors.”
ICS-5 speakers include:
- Sen. Ron Johnson.
- Dr. Robert Malone, pioneer and expert in mRNA and DNA vaccines and therapies, and co-organizer of the summit.
- Dr. Meryl Nass, an internal medicine physician and member of the CHD scientific advisory committee.
- Pathologist Dr. Ryan Cole.
- Edward Dowd, author of “‘Cause Unknown’: The Epidemic of Sudden Deaths in 2021 and 2022.”
- Dr. Simone Gold, founder of America’s Frontline Doctors.
- Dr. Pierre Kory, president and chief medical officer of the Frontline COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC).
- Canadian physician Dr. William Makis.
- Rodney Palmer, former journalist for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC).
- Immunologist and biochemist Jessica Rose, Ph.D.
- International elected officials, including members of the European Parliament Rob Roos (the Netherlands) and Cristian Terhes (Romania).

“Having so many international speakers, including members of the European Parliament together with senators from Mexico, Austria, Germany and Romania speaking on globalization, the WHO [World Health Organization] … the UN [United Nations], biopolitics and sovereignty makes this a must-attend summit,” Malone wrote on Substack.
Makis told The Defender ICS-5 “focuses on the most current information regarding COVID-19 vaccine injuries, excess deaths but also censorship of free speech and the policies that had disastrous impacts during the pandemic and what we can do to avoid such disasters in the future, especially in light of the WHO pandemic treaty.”
Palmer told The Defender that ICS-5 has broadened its focus beyond COVID-19, “into censorship, cancel culture and the political division between right and left.”
Highlighting the expanded breadth of ICS-5, the summit’s mission statement notes, “The world has endured the wrath of COVID-19 and now we must help stop similar ‘crises’ before they are made to happen again.”
Palmer said that the co-organization of ICS-5 with CPAC is a “significant” development signifying that “the movement has arrived on the main stage,” adding that “politicians worldwide should take note…
