Man makes $21,000 from gun buyback program by turning in over 100 3D-printed lower receivers

We have a lot of posts in our archives about the “success” of gun buyback programs. Some people turn in guns that look like they were recovered from the Titanic, while others whip together homemade guns out of plywood to cash in. Police really seem to think people are going to turn in the AR-15s for a $100 gift card.
