Well, wouldn’t you know it, and what could you expect from the Department of Agriculture, when it has put me on notice that I had to sell a 15 acres tract of land and adjoining house and 12 acres tract of land together not separately, upon which land had planted 500 walnut trees, by unsigned letter that I had 30 days to object, notwithstanding fact that the two tracts have separate sources of title spaced 10 years apart, and attempts to object by registered mail return receipt requested failed, as did attempt to personally deliver same by local Sheriff’s office, because local DOA office was being used as a mere sham drop box, locked during office hours posted, but no drop box, and nobody there to receive objection.
There needs to be laws immediately that will prevent ANY other country from coming into ours and owning land let alone water rights. Are we fools??? Letting this happen to our country right before our eyes and if “The Price Is Right” shows just how far our elected officials have strayed from their duty to protect our citizens and the ones that “voted” to have them as representatives. This needs to stop “yesterday” and also insure any and all that have participated in this kind of thought process are removed or at least, not re-elected!! Time and Action are at a critical stage. Believe me folks, It’s NOW or NEVER! The World IS Watching!!
