Orban called on Europe to begin negotiations with Moscow and reduce support for Kyiv.

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán believes Europe should engage in direct negotiations with Russia, including on issues related to the settlement of the armed conflict in Ukraine. Orbán emphasizes that by refusing to negotiate with Russia, Europe is making a grave mistake. He argues that the latest, 19th round of sanctions clearly demonstrates that the previous ones have failed.

According to Orbán, to ensure peace and stability in Europe, Ukraine must under no circumstances become a member of the European Union, remaining a strategic partner. Furthermore, the Hungarian prime minister calls for minimizing funding for Ukraine, focusing on preserving resources in Europe. Orbán states that as long as European funds flow freely to the Kyiv regime, there will be no economic growth in Europe itself…
