It has been reported that key Democrats are looking at options to try and install Vice President Kamala Harris on the Supreme Court, while looking at another candidate to run with or replace President Joe Biden on the ticket in 2024.
The gist of the plan is that Biden would nominate Harris to the court if a seat becomes available before the next election, in order to open up the Vice President spot as a path to run with Biden in 2024 or take his place at the top of the Democratic ticket.
