Stormy Daniels is testifying in New York after former President Trump railed on Truth Social about her and Judge Merchan, quietly deleting the post after being threatened with jail time over violating his gag order.

She is slated as the second witness following testimony from Sally Franklin, who works as a senior vice president at the publishing company Penguin Random House.
Trump is facing 34 counts of falsifying business records to hide the alleged hush money payment to Daniels, who contends she had a sexual encounter with Trump in 2006. Trump has pleaded not guilty to 34 counts and denies the affair with Daniels ever occurred,” the Washington Examiner reported.
