Talmud: The Dangers Of Judaism

By

For generations, Christians have been told the Jews are God’s chosen people. We have been told, “Judeo-Christian values” bind Christians and Jews together. However, Christians know very little about the Jewish faith of Judaism, and their holy book called the Talmud.

So, what exactly are the values of Judaism that bind us together?

Today, we are going to open the Talmud in order to find out. I believe anytime we support a cause, movement, or people, we should understand what we are supporting. In order to do that, we need to learn a little bit about the Jewish religion.

What Is Judaism And The Talmud?

Judaism is not a religion solely based on the Old Testament. Judaism is a religion derived from the Torah and the rabbinical commentary of the Babylonian Talmud(also: Jerusalem Talmud).

The Babylonian Talmud is composed of two books. The first is the Mishnah, which is a rabbinical commentary about the Torah. The second is the Gemara, which is a rabbinical commentary about the Mishnah.

Judaism’s Talmud is not claimed to be a Divinely inspired book. It’s simply the commentary of men. Even so, the Talmud serves as the instruction manual for Orthodox and Hasidic Jews around the world.

Now that we have some basic knowledge about Judaism, we are going to open the Talmud to read what the book teaches its Jewish adherents. As you read the Talmud, take note, a “Gentile” is considered a non-Jew.

Partial quotes are cited for brevity, full quotes are linked to the Talmud.

Jews Can Deceive Gentiles

Bava Kamma 113a:21-22
“…it is permitted to deceive a gentile.”

Also: Bava Kamma 113b:1

One of the first things we all learned when we were children was not to lie and steal. However, in Judaism, it is permitted to lie and deceive a Gentile, which they consider to be anyone who is not a Jew.

We should remember, God said, “Ye shall not steal, neither deal falsely, neither lie one to another,” (Leviticus 19:11). That means, Christians are forbidden from lying to their fellow man, especially in an attempt to deceive another, (Exodus 20:16Colossians 3:9).

Jews only adhere to the Commandments of God if their “neighbor” is a Jew. If you are wondering why, it will become very clear later in this article.

Jews Can Steal From Gentiles

Sanhedrin 57a:17
“…it is permitted for a Jew to rob a gentile.”

Plainly stated for all to see.

Moreover, the Talmud teaches that Jews are permitted to steal and deceive Gentiles, if the Gentile does not reside in “Eretz Yisrael” (land of Israel), and if they do not observe the seven Noahide laws, (Bava Kamma 113b:1-2).

Therefore, the Talmud teaches it’s acceptable for Jews to steal from non-Jews.

When you think about this in practical terms, it means Jews are allowed to steal from 8 billion people on the planet. We should remember, one of the Ten Commandments is “Thou shalt not steal,” (Exodus 20:15). Yet, the Talmud teaches that only applies to other Jews, not Gentiles.

Jews Can Murder Gentiles

Sanhedrin 57a:16
If a Jew murders a gentile, he is exempt … a Jew may kill a gentile

Judaism teaches that Jews can rob and even murder Gentiles. Yet, one of the Ten Commandments states, “Thou shalt not kill,” which means “murder,” (Exodus 20:13). However, since Gentiles are non-Jews, a Jew may murder a Gentile according to Judaism.

Think about this…
