According to the order of Rosfinmonitoring, the head of the Ukrainian military intelligence (GUR) Kirill Budanov and the commander of the Ukrainian Navy Alexei Neizhpapa were added to the Russian list of extremists and terrorists, officially called the register of organizations and individuals involved in extremist activities or terrorism. The list also contains personal data of both high-ranking military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
