Despite the fact that more money is being spent on suicide prevention efforts than ever before in our history, the suicide rate in the United States continues to rise dramatically.Ā As you will see below, one new study has discovered that our suicide rate actually increased by 41 percent between 1999 and 2016.Ā Even though we have the highest standard of living that any generation of Americans has ever enjoyed, we are an exceedingly unhappy nation and we are killing ourselves in unprecedented numbers.Ā This shouldnāt be happening, but unfortunately the forces that have taken over our culture have convinced multitudes of Americans that their lives are not worth living any longer.Ā In a cultureĀ where truth has been abandoned, it is easy for lies to run rampant, and it takes a great deal of deception to get someone to willingly choose to embrace suicide.Ā No matter what you are going through right now, there is always a way to turn things around, and we all have been given lives worth living.

The suicide rate getting higher. I postulate that chronic pain patients like myself get to a point where we cannot take the physical pain anymore. Oxycodone allowed me a quality of life. When it was removed, my health deteriorated. If I had been successful July 3, 2018, I would not be here. Now, I’m trying to hang on Waiting for G-d. Dr. Josh Bloom said it best; the opioid “crisis” is a hoax. Considering I have a long and well documented history and MRIs to show I have reasons for pain, it is unfair to me to cut me off from oxycodone which allowed me to function. I have not driven in a year. I get Visiting Angels 4 hrs a week @ $25/hr to take me to doctors’ appointments and if any time is left they help me with housework. If anyone wants to comment on my comment, feel free. I’m hanging in there to vote for Trump. Sometimes I hang in there by my teeth and toenails, but I continue to hang in there.
Maybe it is the socialists/communists way of getting rid of older disabled people. I am 70. I have been disabled since age 58.
