Gavin Newsom Suffers MAJOR Defeat in Appeals Court

In a huge defeat for Gov. Gavin Newsom, an appeals court just blocked California’s anti-ICE mask ban from going into effect.

The legislation, which was signed by Newsom last year, would prevent federal agents from wearing masks and require them to essentially doxx themselves by forcing them to display visible identification.

But now, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has struck it down.

After Newson signed the law in September, the Trump administration filed an appeal arguing that the piece of legislation was unconstitutional because it violates the Supremacy Clause.

In other words, under the U.S. Constitution, a state cannot regulate the federal government.
