How You Can Use The Law Against Unlawful Mask Mandates

By

Mask mandates are coming down left and right from both tyrants in government and corporate fascists. Yet, both oppose the very laws that protect you and those of you who continue to comply with their unlawful edicts are simply setting yourselves up for what’s coming next… and it is coming. So, with that in mind, let me remind you of the fact that whether you are a customer or an employee, the law is on your side in rejecting the siren call of the fascists in government and corporate America.

If you are an employee, here is the law, according to Title VII of H.R. 7152, aka the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

“Sec. 703. (a) It shall be an unlawful employment practice for an employer—
(1) To fail or refuse to hire or to discharge any individual, or otherwise to discriminate
against any individual with respect to his compensation, terms, conditions, or
privileges of employment, because of such individual’s race, color, religion, sex, or
national origin; or
(2) To limit, segregate, or classify his employees in any way which would deprive or tend
to deprive any individual of employment opportunities or otherwise adversely affect
his status as an employee, because of such individual’s race, color, religion, sex, or
national origin.
(d) It shall be an unlawful employment practice for any employer, labor organization,
or joint labor-management committee controlling apprenticeship or other training or
retraining, including on-the-job training programs to discriminate against any
individual because of his race, color, religion, sex, or national origin in admission to, or
employment in, any program established to provide apprenticeship or other training.”

If you are a customer, here is the law, according to Title II of H.R. 7152, aka the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

“Sec. 202. All persons shall be entitled to be free, at any establishment or place, from
discrimination or segregation of any kind on the ground of race, color, religion, or
national origin, if such discrimination or segregation is or purports to be required by any
law, statute, ordinance, regulation, rule, or order of a State or any agency or political
subdivision thereof.
Sec. 203. No person shall (a) withhold, deny or attempt to withhold or deny, or deprive or
attempt to deprive, any person of any right or privilege secured by section 201 or 202, or
(b) intimidate, threaten, or coerce, or attempt to intimidate, threaten, or coerce any
person with the purpose of interfering with any right or privilege secured by section 201
or 202, or (c) punish or attempt to punish any person for exercising or attempting to
exercise any right or privilege secured by section 201 or 202.”

Additionally, if you believe, as I do, that Psalm 91 declares that our Creator, the Lord Jesus Christ, is our protector, both from tyrants as well as pestilences, then you are exempt from any mandate requiring you to do anything pushed upon you during the plandemic/scamdemic under the protections of the First Amendment.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Many will not like to be confrontative. I fully understand that as I don’t enjoy it either, but you will either confront your oppressors or be oppressed by them, along with those you love.

So, what’s it going to be, America? Freedom or tyranny?

This pertains to race, religion, color or national origin. I don’t see how this section of law coincides with protecting us from NOT wearing a mask. I wish it would cause I believe the entire thing is just a bunch of total BS.

HIPPA Act says you get to decide who your medical history is disclosed to and it is PRIVATE otherwise.

Americans with Disabilities Act says it is unlawful to deny service to anyone based on their disability and violators can be subject to very large fines.

So tell them you are exempt from wearing a mask. You have a medical condition which makes you unable to wear a mask without harm to your health. It could be an allergy (you are allergic to TYRANNY) — but you don’t have to disclose that condition to them, it is your legal right under HIPPA Act to keep that information private.

If they choose to deny you service tell them this is a violation of your rights under ADA.

Others have given other arguments from the law. At the end of the day you have to stand up for your own rights.
