In an absolute landslide decision, you said “YES” in 96% of the responses:
The most common reasons I saw given for “No” was that he was not mentally all there anyway so it wouldn’t be right.
Interesting.
I’d like to reiterate we are in no way calling for any violence here, we are simply seeking to find out what people think about the laws on our books — and whether they are outdated or not.

We all know that Death By Hanging is the traditional penalty for treason, but what do you think would be more appropriate?
